Vikram has over 15 years of experience across public and private capital markets, raising over $70 billion via IPOs, follow-on and equity-linked offerings, private placements as well as structuring equity derivatives solutions while working at firms including Nomura, UBS, and Wells Fargo Securities. Vik was a founder of Indica Advisors, a globally focused independent capital markets practice.  Additionally, Vik has over a decade of life sciences and biotechnology specific advisory experience.

Prior to his time on Wall Street, Vik worked in industry as an engineer ( more color here )
